Rhaeven Richardson"My name is Rhaeven Richardson and I’m 14 years old. I go to Grand Rapids Montessori and am in the 9th grade. Before being involved in Progressions I talked back to my mother and I didn't really care about life. I am making changes in life an am making goals for the person I want to be. Progressions is giving me the skills I need to be successful. With the help of my Success Coaches I have been doing very good with my mother and I have been doing even better in school"

Dale Smith"My name is Dale Smith and I am 15 years old. I go to Alger Middle School and am in the 8th grade. Before Progressions I was hanging with people that made bad choices and my grades were very low. Since Progressions I have got my grades up and I have been making better choices. My grades went up in Math and my teacher said she is noticing improvements. When I get out of high school, I'm going to be a Mechanical Engineer."

Jamar"My name is Jamar and I'm 15 years old in the 10th grade at Union High School. Since being in Progressions, I have been given lots of support. When I graduate highschool, I will go to college and become an Engineer. I am in the streets less, I am more respectful, and I have more control over my anger. I got a B in English and I have made new friends."

Anthony Whitifield"My name is Anthony Whitfield and I am 16 years old. I go to Creston High School and I'm in the 11th grade. Before attending Progressions, I wasn't as motivated to get out of my neighborhood. I am more focused on getting in college so I can live a good life. When I graduate high-school, I plan to be a Criminal Justice Officer. I am improving on my grades and I can see myself becoming a man."

Jazmine Johnson"My name is Jazmine Johnson and I'm 16 years old. I go to Godwin Learning Center and in the 11th grade. Before attending Progressions, I wasn't really thinking about college or what I would do after I graduated high-school. I also didn't think about how my attitude was affecting me and others. Since being in Progressions, I think more about school and college and how to have a better attitude towards others and myself. When I graduate high-school, I'm going to be a Pediatrian or a registered nurse."

Ravon Richmond"My name is Ravon Richmond. I attend Kelloggsville High School and I'm in the 10th grade. Before being involved in Progressions I associated with people I know I should have not been associating with. When I graduate from high school I am going to attend college and take up a position in the nursing field. My GPA has raised, I have more respect for myself, and I think more before acting."

Brooklyne Span "My name is Brooklyne Span and I am an 11th grader at Wyoming Park High School. My career goal is to be a successful Attorney at law helping people less fortunate. The program was very helpful to me. I learned valuable life skills such as self-control and how to stay out of trouble. The program taught me how to avoid people who I should not be around because of negative influences. Since my involvement with Progressions' I have completed summer school, improved my GPA, and obtained a job to help me be more self-sufficient."

Arhonda Ferrell"My name is Arhonda Ferrell and I am in the 10th grade at Central High School. Progressions has helped me with a lot of things like school and family problems. My grades have improved in two classes and I am more focused on succeeding in school. My family relationships are stronger and my family supports me in fulfilling my career goal to be an Interior Designer."
